Tanya comes from Utopia where modern Aboriginal art began when Jeffrey Brandon, a school teacher, began teaching art to Aboriginal children. Tanya depicts Australia's wild flowers and wild seeds skillfully. People around the area collect, wash & dry, then powder the seeds. Women sit around the waterhole while they chat and make a tasty bread from the powder.

M&S Textiles Australia is the largest manufacturer of Australian Aboriginal designs printed on good quality 100% cotton fabric. Aboriginal artworks are popular throughout the world and are the only living ancient artworks. Its tradition goes back 50,000 years, revealed by carbon dating of rock painting, cave painting, etc. It is amazing that many of the artists do not have any formal education or training.
